For the third year in a row, Zlatko and Marija have opened their home—and their hearts—to us. This isn’t just a meal, it’s a tradition, one that some of us signed up for this trip just to experience again.

Hiking through Plitvice Lakes National Park feels like walking through a watercolor painting—surrounded by the most unreal hues of green and blue you’ve ever seen.

One of those meals that makes you slow down and smile. Homemade food, great wine, and even better company at Bolfan Vinski vineyard. Hard to top this kind of day.

The best way to experience a city? Go where the locals eat, sip what they pour, and wander off the beaten path. Ljubljana served it all.

The destination? Still a secret. But Roman says the food alone is worth the flight.
